Unser ultimativer Motorschutz!
-> aus hochfesten Aluminium sorgfältig gebogen und verschweißt.

MONTAGE
Die Befestigung vorn erfolgt genau wie beim original SUZUKI Motorschutz an den vorhandenen Gewindebuchsen
Dort werden 2x Vibrationsdämpfer mit Gewinde eingeschraubt, in diese passen dann die mitgelieferten M6 Schrauben.
Vergiss nicht die Unterlegscheiben - unter die Schraubenköpfe!
Am hinteren Ende wird der Motorschutz mit 2 Schrauben an den von uns mitgelieferten Träger verschraubt. Dieser Träger, hergestellt aus stabilem Edelstahl, wird mit den Fußrastenträgern links und rechts befestigt, längere Schrauben sind dazu nicht notwendig.
Benutze dazu in Fahrtrichtung rechts die hintere, in Fahrtrichtung links die vordere Fußrastenschraube.
Die beiden Mitgelieferten M8 Schrauben dienen zur Befestigung des Motorschutz an diesem Träger.
Vergiss nicht die Unterlegscheiben - unter die Schraubenköpfe!
Die zwei Vibrationsdämpfer ohne Gewindeeinsatz werden in die originalen Gewindebuchsen gedreht welche den originalen Motorschutz von unten halten. Diese zusätzliche Abstützung gibt dem Motorschutz mehr Stabilität.
Verwende Loctite mittelfest oder eine gleichartige Schraubensicherung, dann bleibt der Motorschutz auch bei Dir :-)
WICHTIG
Besonders hohe seitliche Flanken schützen den Lichtmaschinen- und Kupplungsdeckel und natürlich auch das Ölfiltergehäuse.
Der Schutz passt auch mit unserem Leistungskrümmer.
ACHTUNG
Dieser Motorschutz passt nicht ohne Anpassungen mit Hauptständern, welche ebenfalls am Fußrastenträger befestigt sind.

ASSEMBLY
The front attachment is exactly like the original SUZUKI engine guard on the existing threaded bushes
There, 2x vibration dampers with thread are screwed in, the supplied M6 screws then fit into these.
Don't forget the washers - under the screw heads!
At the rear end, the motor protection is screwed to the bracket supplied by us with 2 screws. This bracket, made of sturdy stainless steel, is attached to the left and right footrest brackets, longer screws are not necessary.
Use the rear footrest screw on the right in the direction of travel and the front footrest screw on the left in the direction of travel.
The two M8 screws supplied are used to attach the motor protection to this carrier.
Don't forget the washers - under the screw heads!
The two vibration dampers without threaded inserts are screwed into the original threaded bushings which hold the original engine guard from below. This additional support gives the engine guard more stability.
Use Loctite medium strength or a similar type of screw locking device, then the engine protection stays with you :-)
IMPORTANT
Particularly high side flanks protect the alternator and clutch cover and of course the oil filter housing.
The protection also fits with our power manifold.
ATTENTION
This engine guard does not fit without adjustments with main stands, which are also attached to the footrest carrier.
