Das Kit HIGH SUSPENSION enthält alle notwendigen Bauteile für ein höheres Fahrwerk mit mehr Bodenfreiheit,
und natürlich ein völlig neues und individuelles, offroadtaugliches Setup deiner V-Strom 800DE Telegabel!
Die Bodenfreiheit steigt um +35mm (Die Sitzhöhe steigt natürlich auch um +35mm)

TECHNIK
Allgemein
Dieses Kit richtet sich an Endurofahrer, welche mit der V-Strom 800DE mehr offroad fahren möchten.
Die technischen Möglichkeiten reichen dabei bis zum Einsatz bei Amateur Rallyesport Veranstaltungen.
Das Kit kann mit den originalen Rädern, aber auch mit unserem 18" Hinterradumbau gefahren werden.
Optimale Ergebnisse erreicht man mit unserem HRT 800DE EXCEL Felgensatz RACING 21"-18" mit extra für Offroadfahrten angepassten Felgenbreiten.
Telegabel Umbau
Das Set ÖHLINS Cartridge für die originale Telegabel mit +35mm mehr Länge und Federweg = 255mm:
Die Cartridge ist einbaufertig und muss nur gegen die originale Cartridge ausgetauscht werden.
Alle nötigen Teile zum Einbau der Cartridge sind enthalten.
Die Gabel muss dazu nicht vollständig zerlegt werden, lediglich oben und unten öffnen und Öl ablassen ist notwendig.
Wir empfehlen dringend, das von uns ebenfalls angebotene ÖHLINS Gabelöl zu verwenden, um eine optimale Funktion der Gabel mit der ÖHLINS Cartridge zu gewährleisten! Benötigt wird eine Flasche = 1 Liter Gabelöl.
Zur Cartridge liefern wir einen Satz Gabelfedern, passend für Fahrer und Einsatzzweck, exakt passend für die gelieferte Cartridge und die OEM Gabelrohre.
HINWEIS:
Bremsleitung und Sensorleitung am Vorderrad sind ausreichend lang, um die +35mm Länge zu verkraften, sie müssen daher NICHT geändert werden!
Hinterrad - Schwinge
Der Umlenkhebel Satz erhöht die Fahrwerkshöhe hinten (Vergleichsmaß voll ausgefedert) um +25mm.
Dieses Maß ist das Maximum, welches mit der originalen Krümmeranlage erreicht werden kann, andernfalls schlägt die Schwinge am Krümmerrohr an.
Der Umlenkhebel kann 1:1 gegen das Originalteil getauscht werden, es werden die originalen Schrauben wiederverwendet.
HINWEIS
Wir empfehlen einen längeren Seitenständer, um die Position auf dem Ständer im richtigen Winkel zu erhalten.
Auf Anfrage liefern wir einen längeren Ständer (198€, Stand 10/2023) oder können diesen bei uns in der Werkstatt verlängern.

TECHNOLOGY

This kit is aimed at offroad riders who want to ride more off-road with the V-Strom 800DE.
The technical possibilities extend to use in amateur rally sports events.
The kit can be ridden with the original wheels, but also with our 18" rear wheel conversion.
Optimal results can be achieved with our HRT 800DE EXCEL rim set RACING 21"-18" with rim widths specially adapted for enduro riding.
Telescopic fork conversion
The ÖHLINS cartridge set for the original telescopic fork with +35mm more length and travel = 255mm:
The cartridge is ready to install and only needs to be replaced with the original cartridge.
All parts necessary to install the cartridge are included.
The fork does not have to be completely disassembled, just open it at the top and bottom and drain the oil.
We strongly recommend using the ÖHLINS fork oil, which we also offer, to ensure optimal function of the fork with the ÖHLINS cartridge! You need one bottle = 1 liter of fork oil.
We supply a set of fork springs for the cartridge, suitable for the driver and intended use, exactly matching the cartridge supplied and the OEM fork tubes.
A NOTICE:
The brake line and sensor line on the front wheel are long enough to accommodate the +35mm length, so they do NOT need to be changed!
Rear wheel - swingarm
The rocker arm set increases the rear chassis height (comparison dimension fully extended) by +25mm.
This dimension is the maximum that can be achieved with the original manifold system, otherwise the swing arm will hit the manifold pipe.
The rocker arm can be exchanged 1:1 for the original part; the original screws are reused.
A NOTICE
We recommend a longer side stand to maintain the position on the stand at the correct angle.
On request, we can supply a longer stand (€198, as of 10/2023) or can extend it in our workshop.
